Terms of Service Agreement - OZ Token

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Oz Living ("Oz," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") of Oz's services. By registering for an account and using the services provided by Oz, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, inclusive of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, "the Terms"), which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Account Registration and Confirmation

a. Account Creation: You must register for an account by providing a valid email address, full name, chosen username, and password. Your account will allow you to access and use our services.

b. Confirmation and Documentation: Upon account creation, you will receive an email confirmation including a copy of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. These documents will also be stored in our database as proof of your consent and understanding of the terms herein.

2. Description of Services

a. Scope of Services: Oz provides consultancy and processing services for residency applications and asset protection planning. These services are subject to the approval of relevant government agencies and are limited to what is expressly offered by Oz.

b. Service Credits and Payment: Services are billed at a rate of USD 300 per hour, represented in service credits. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to other services offered by Oz.

3. Oz Tokens (TOTOTz)

a. Issuance and Use: Users who have made prepayments for services before March 1, 2024, will receive Oz Tokens (TOTOTz) as digital vouchers, which can be used to avail services at Oz.

b. Transferability and Fees: TOTOTz tokens are transferable. Oz reserves the right to charge a nominal administrative fee for services paid with tokens.

c. Exchange Listing and Value: Oz has no control over the listing and trading of TOTOTz tokens on third-party exchanges. The exchange rate of TOTOTz tokens on such platforms does not affect their value in availing services from Oz.

4. Risks and Liabilities

a. Prepayment Risks: The User acknowledges the risk associated with prepayment for services, which remains with the User.

b. Indemnification: In the event of Oz's dissolution or insolvency, the User agrees to release and indemnify Oz from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of Oz's services.

5. Legal Provisions

a. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in BVI, in accordance with BVI law.

b. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Oz and the User, superseding all prior agreements and understandings regarding the subject matter herein.

c. Amendment: Oz reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the services provided by Oz, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By participating in the TOTOz Telegram group or any other social media group, you agree to the following terms and guidelines to ensure a respectful and productive environment.

1. Group Purpose

This group is intended for discussions related to the TOTOz Group, including but not limited to updates, technical questions, project development, and community engagement. Please keep discussions relevant to the project.

2. Respectful Communication

Treat all members with respect. Any form of bullying, harassment, offensive language, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.

Personal attacks, insults, and threats towards other members, moderators, or the project team will result in an immediate ban.

3. No Defamation

Defaming or spreading false information about the TOTOz Project, its team, or its partners is not tolerated. This includes making unfounded claims, baseless accusations, or distributing misleading content that can harm the project's reputation.

Constructive criticism and healthy debates are welcome, but accusations without evidence, spreading rumors, or attempting to undermine the credibility of the project will lead to removal from the group and potential legal action.

4. No Spamming or Self-Promotion

Do not post unsolicited advertisements, irrelevant links, or spam the group. Self-promotion of unrelated projects, businesses, or services is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the group admins.

Repeated violations will result in removal.

5. Stay On-Topic

Keep discussions focused on the TOTOz project and the cryptocurrency industry. Off-topic conversations, especially political, religious, or irrelevant to the project, should be taken elsewhere.

Avoid excessive repetition of the same questions or concerns. Please check pinned messages and search the group before posting questions to prevent clutter.

6. Protect Your Privacy

Do not share personal information (yours or others’) publicly within the group. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, wallet addresses, or any sensitive information.

Be cautious of private messages from unknown members. Group admins will never ask for your private keys or passwords.

7. Reporting Issues

If you notice inappropriate behavior, defamation, or any violation of these terms, report it to a group admin immediately. Admins will take necessary actions, which may include warnings, deleting messages, or banning users.

8. Admin Discretion

Group admins reserve the right to remove, mute, or ban any member at their discretion if they are found violating these terms or engaging in behavior that negatively impacts the group.

Admins’ decisions are final, and no further appeals will be considered in cases of bans or removals due to rule violations.

9. Disclaimer

The TOTOz team and group admins are not responsible for the accuracy of any information posted by members. Always conduct your research before making any investment decisions.
