How is everybody in the Land of Oz?! Last week, we hosted our very first event in our office and about 20 people turned up for a good time. We met some Oz supporters, some crypto veterans, as well as some of the crypto curious to discuss Oz and our roadmap moving forward.
Last week, we also launched a new update on our wallet, making withdrawals possible. Our UI/UX team has also completed our designs for a new wallet interface and our mobile apps! They look amazing and I cannot wait for our engineering team to put it together and launch it.
Unfortunately, we also have been hearing a lot of complaints about the ticket/complaints interface. Unfortunately, it’s not intuitive and requires our users to tap/click once more on the ticket to see the message. We will be making changes to the interface with the new roll-out.
Also, for those of you who have not been following the conversations with respect to the staking packages. I understand that many of you are experiencing frustrations with your TOTOZ tokens that are still stuck although 25% is supposed to be unlocked every 3 months. We are working on the issue and hope to resolve it soon, failing which, we will manually unlock your tokens for you. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
And, for those of you asking about your bonus OZT tokens, they will be delayed for a while more. As you know, the governance tokens are supposed to represent the governance of the DAO and as we learn more and more about the regulations and legal setup with regards to DAOs, we realized that our original plans are not going to work. We are still moving towards a DAO, but just taking more deliberate steps to ensure that we are doing it right. We have taken snapshots of all the staked tokens and the OZT bonus tokens will be issued to everyone who deserves them, as soon as they are minted.
